These are workflow examples, not medical advice. Use organization-approved systems, required patient consent and appropriate privacy agreements. A clinician must review clinical output before it enters the record or reaches a patient.

Use the product for the supported part of this workflow. Example prompts are adaptable writing instructions, not a promise that every tool accepts text prompts or implements every step.
Follow the workflow
- STEP 1
Confirm the organization has approved the tool, consent process and EHR workflow.
- STEP 2
Capture an encounter through the approved system and generate a draft in the required format.
- STEP 3
Reconcile the draft against the encounter; correct errors and sign only after clinician review.
Example prompt / brief
Replace bracketed text with non-sensitive, authorized information.
For a synthetic training transcript only: organize the provided facts into the specified note headings. Do not infer diagnoses, normal findings, medication doses or missing history. Mark gaps.
What you should have
A clinician-reviewed note with omissions and corrections resolved.
Review before using
Check negations, speakers, allergies, medicines, doses and follow-up. Never auto-sign.
